Self-exclusion

A formal request with honest boundaries.

Self-exclusion is intended to help a person ask for a barrier from gambling activities through the applicable Kenyan process. Akili Health Alliance facilitates preparation and follow-up; it does not operate the official register.

What Akili Health Alliance can do

  • Explain the service and help you prepare a request.
  • Keep a secure record of what you sent to Akili Health Alliance for review.
  • Use the authorised external route once it is confirmed and approved.
  • Record evidence of dispatch, acknowledgement and later authoritative confirmations.

What Akili Health Alliance cannot decide

  • Whether the Authority accepts or registers a request.
  • Whether a licensee has implemented an exclusion.
  • Whether a request covers an unlicensed, foreign or unrelated service.
  • Whether a duration or removal request is legally available outside the approved process.

Before you begin

Only the necessary information should be collected.

The approved Form 1 currently identified includes applicant particulars, scope, duration, declarations, consent and official-use fields. Any identity-document requirement, signature method and recipient route must be implemented from the legally approved version.

Adult self-application

The online flow is for an adult making a request for themselves. It stops before identity collection if a person indicates they are under 18.

Separate consent

Declarations and data-sharing consent are shown separately and must be actively accepted. No boxes are pre-selected.

Plain-text recipients

If a named licensee is needed, you can enter a name you already know. A caseworker verifies the legal recipient through an approved internal source.
