Status language
A request moves through several responsible parties.
We will never label a request “excluded”, “blocked” or “registered” just because a form was completed or a message was delivered.
- Received by Akili Health AllianceAkili Health Alliance has received your request. It has not necessarily been sent to GRA or an operator.
- Review in progressA caseworker is checking completeness and may request clarification securely.
- Submitted externallyAkili Health Alliance has recorded the date, channel and recipient used for an external dispatch.
- AcknowledgedGRA or an operator has confirmed receipt. This is not automatically official registration or implementation.
- Authoritative evidence confirmedOnly verified evidence can support official register or operator implementation status.
