GRA is the relevant public authority for the official register and regulatory process. The exact receiving channel and representative route must be confirmed in writing.

Per-recipient implementation
Operator actions and acknowledgements are tracked separately for each relevant recipient. A message sent to an operator is not proof of implementation.
Regulatory and privacy source material is kept in the project legal review record. User-facing legal content will be versioned and approved before it is treated as final.
